Help with your Order

We use robust third-party systems via WooCommerce and Strip that handle online payments. You can read more about that here

Delivery

We print to order, which means we don’t hold stock. Once we receive your order, we order the print.

We print once a week so that we can keep to a production schedule, allowing us time for the signing of prints, and prepping your order for shipping.

Our printer is based in Sydney, NSW. We work closely with them to ensure that our delivery times are timely.

 

Returns + Refunds

We have a return and policy which you can find here.

It’s our aim not to need to use it though 🙂 

Product Care

Please use a soft dry cloth to clean Acrylics. 

We’d love you to frame your print as soon as possible. We recommend using archival tape and matboard, and museum-grade glass or acrylic.

Please don’t hang your photographic print in direct sunlight.
