If there is a problem though, we have the following terms, conditions and guidelines in place to help you navigate the process to a solution. So have a read, preferably before you purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide by the T's + C's set out below.

Melanie Birt uses online payment systems that prevent us from recording or collecting credit card details from purchases you make on the website. We currently use WooCommerce/Stripe for Google Pay, Apple Pay, and all other credit card payments.
Our online payment systems allow for Google Pay, Apple Pay, and payment via most major credit cards.
As an Australian-based company, our pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Our products are subject to changes in price without notice.
We include all additional fees and duties in the shipping price for international deliveries. That means there's no 'gotcha' at your end.
We print our orders once a week, in order to ensure quality and to schedule signing and packaging. That's because we're small, and we have no room in the Studio to store prints. Orders are therefore shipped on a weekly basis and delivery times are calculated in your shopping cart.
We're hoping it doesn't come to this, but please refer to the information below for more on this. We don't offer returns on Sale Items, or Custom Made items that are not listed on our website.
Purchases of photographic prints are final and as such we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for a change of mind.
We take every precaution to photograph, print and present our prints with care but sometimes things can go wrong. If you have received the wrong print, or if your print has been damaged in transit, please, please let us know so we can organize a replacement for you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com.
Be sure to keep the packaging, and the print as we will require you to return them to process your claim. We will cover postage and will send you a label to that effect. Please note this applies to damaged goods in Australia only. If we have shipped internationally we can't process claims at this time (but we're looking into it!).
We will be unable to process a replacement if we do not hear from you within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Products purchased at a discounted price, on sale, or with a promotional code are ineligible for a refund.
Please have your photographic print professional framed as soon as possible. We recommend the print is mounted with archival tape, archival quality mat board and museum-grade acrylic or glass.
Please don't hang your print in direct sunlight.
